I will do all the work, you will only have to choose your dream venue, select your preferred vendors, share your design inspiration and trust me.

coordinating your wedding day
Coordination is for couples who want to handle the full planning of their entire wedding but want to live their wedding day as brides and grooms and not as vendors.
I will let you share with me all the planning you’ve done so I can take over, then I’ll handle all communication with your vendors to prepare the day. On-site, my team and I will set-up all your spaces, take care of your guests and manage the vendor team for a seamless timeline and day.

- Detailed planning check-list to start our work together
- Detailed meeting (2/3h) to cover your day step by step
- Custom detailed timelines for your wedding
- Communication with all your vendors (fr/en)
On your wedding day
- Setting up of all spaces (ceremony, dinner, decoration, stationary)
- Guidance through the day, welcome and care for your guests, vendors management, respect of the timelines, resolution of last-minute changes

FULL PLANNING
From the minute you call me, I will work hard to plan your destination wedding in France (in the Loire Valley or the French Riviera). Understanding your vision, working on the best budget distribution according to your priorities, finding quality vendors to suit your expectations… that’s my mission.
Our first meeting is free of charge or commitment : you talk me through your wishes, your vision and I make sure you feel like you’re in good hands.
We will communicate a lot through the year. I want you to feel free to talk to me about any thought, idea or change so we can always be on the same page and work on your wedding hand in hand.
Together, we will also design a custom decoration which will make every detail stand out and create the atmosphere you both dream of for your special day.

coordination
I will make sure you wedding day is stress free for you and runs smoothly. You won’t have to handle a single thing and neither will your bridesmaids, groomsmen, parents or anyone except for my team and I.
Three steps : a detailed check-list to fill in so I can learn about everything you’ve planned so far; a 3h call together to go through each minute of your day; and then I 100% take over to prepare the timelines, handle all communication with vendors and confirm last details.
Then I’ll see you on your wedding day!
Working with a coordinator is key to having a serene morning, a well-structured ceremony, a warm welcome for your guests, a professional approach for your vendors, a joyful cocktail hour, a calm dinner and a fabulous night.

You do the planning yourself but you need a push ? This is for you.
You are free to book your session for any purpose : get answers, ask for specific help or seek confirmation that you’re doing the right thing.
You can book a session by the hour for 49€ or a custom package so I can help you all along your wedding planning 🙂
